1. Generate a WooCommerce API key
In your WordPress admin interface, go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API menu.
Add a new key, give it a name, assign read- only permissions, and then generate the key.
Once generated, keep the following two elements:
- Consumer Key
- Consumer Secret
2. Configure the cashier side connection
In the POS software, go to Config > General Options > Orders , then locate the WooCommerce insert.
Enter in this form:
- The address of your WooCommerce site , including the
https://prefix. - The user key and secret code generated in the previous step.
?? Unsecured connections (http) are not accepted.
3. Synchronizing items and customers
Once setup, WooCommerce Sync buttons will appear in:
- The Item Configuration Page
- The Client Configuration Page
These buttons will allow you to manually synchronize your product catalog and customer records between WooCommerce and your checkout.
